She has a strong skillset in building relationships with key decision makers and team members to further company goals. She relocated to Palm Springs from the San Diego area in 2020. Donna brings a wealth of knowledge to the Operations Manager position. She has been a valued team member of the Harcourts brand since 2011, where she was a member of the first established Harcourts office in Southern California. Her extensive background, education, and expertise are attributes that are well suited for the success of managing our day to day operations smoothly. Her level head and management style bring a strong system of support to our agents and tremendous value to our organization.

Christopher Villalta was born and raised in the Coachella Valley. Christopher joined the Harcourts family in May of 2018. Christopher’s primary role is to support our agents and clients with top level customer service and technology support.
He is our Social Media and Marketing Guru and understands our core value of “People First” at Harcourts Desert Homes. His love for real estate, people, customer service and community was his driving motivation to secure his Real Estate License, and further his career in Real Estate with Harcourts Desert Homes and being part of our company history.

Lauren Henning-Emory
COMPLIANCE MANAGER
Lauren Henning-Emory has been in the real estate industry for over 23 years. Starting out her
career as an assistant to a high producing Real Estate agent, and eventually working her way
into becoming a successful Independent Transaction Coordinator. She successfully ran her
independent company, coordinating Real Estate transactions for several brokers and top-notch
Real Estate agents. In 2009 she moved into the escrow world, became an Escrow Assistant,
and in 2010 joined The Heritage Escrow Company. While in the escrow industry, Lauren was
able to facilitate multi-million-dollar deals in the luxury market of Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar and
Solana Beach, giving her the expertise in negotiations with high value properties, and high net
worth clientele.
In 2016, Lauren was fortunate to be recruited by a high producing agent out of
Carlsbad, CA to help build Harcourts Advantage. From the ground up, Lauren assisted in
creating a successful office of 30 Real Estate agents, who won multiple awards across the
years with Lauren managing the front end of the office and the back end of the files for the Real
Estate agents.
In 2019 Lauren decided to step into the world of Real Estate sales and joined her
Mother-in-Law’s 30-year Real Estate business in Fallbrook, CA. Lauren feels that her
experience of working for both real estate agents, escrow officers, buyers and sellers has given
her firsthand education that helps her stand out within her field. She has found that she has
become an ideal liaison between the many worlds of Real Estate, creating a bridge of
communication from one desk to the other. Her goal would be to effectively build the reputation
of the company within her community and to create an outstanding team for the business
associates to utilize and capitalize on its success.
