Scott & Jim's team far, far exceeded our expectations...I could go into great detail, but the bottom line is that our house was on the market for THREE days and we had FOUR offers, three of which were over asking. Given those statistics, one might conclude that the house was underpriced. Not so. As soon as our neighbors saw what our house sold for, three out of the 14 houses in our neighborhood, put their house on the market for the same price per square foot. As of today, none of them have sold, ten months later. I might add that none of them have Scott & Jim as their realtors (SMH).
