Prior to entering the real estate industry in 2012, Thomas enjoyed a successful career in financial services for thirty years; primarily with industry leader Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. in San Francisco, as well as with Goldman Sachs and UBS Warburg in New York. During his long tenure with Charles Schwab, Thomas worked in retirement planning, project management, and business development, allowing him to seamlessly manage the smallest of details without ever losing sight of the main goal or objective. Possessing these unique attributes, along with being dependable, trustworthy, and an excellent communicator with exceptional follow-up skills, he ensures that every client he works with will be treated to a superb level of service. With an emphasis in providing unparalleled customer service, Thomas not only anticipates and meets his clients’ needs and expectations, but he regularly exceeds them.
Thomas has been a resident of the Coachella Valley since 2009 and enjoys exploring all that the desert has to offer, especially anything to do with tennis. Thomas and his husband, Jim, are parents to two special needs children, which has made Thomas an unwavering advocate for all children, but especially those with special needs. Since the age of thirteen Thomas has always been active within his community, from being a hospital volunteer to raising tens of thousands of dollars riding in two consecutive California AIDS Rides, cycling 600 miles from San Francisco to Los Angeles in seven days. In addition to being a huge animal lover, having adopted three rescue dogs (Humphrey, Bogart, and Heidi), Thomas currently serves as Board President for the Coachella Valley Autism Society.
